La historia

goes into to end and loses, and the demon reaches out through to bring his dragons against the 's tower. takes 's spark and the goddess dies; the thief is the moon now. The Invoker sets the gathered souls of the inside and leads him, , Luna and Kaden into the demon's cell, where Davion kills Terrorblade and dies of it.

The Invoker takes the eight souls to the Forge and makes his twelve thousand four hundred and third world, one in which lived. In it Mirana finds her memories in a shard of , Kaden dies at Slyrak's lair with his sword passed to a Davion who never knew him, the that holds the Ancients under the 's watch is breaking up, and Filomena, grown into a scholar, uncovers what her father did and that she is dying still. He would rather end that world than let her undo it; she talks him down.

Mirana, the Eye of the Worldwyrm, takes the Forge and puts the first world back. Davion stays dead in it. Luna leaves the Invoker in Foulfell.

Filomena, who should not be, is alive by the ruin of the tower.

The anime's third book, none of it in Dota 2 itself; Davion dies here and lives in the game, and the game holds.
