In one telling, Tiny began as a tomb guardian the Odobenus forebears raised in the Azuran region, from stone that carried a life of its own. Long before the settlements of the Azuran region fell to ruin, the Odobenus forebears bound rock, root and iron into fearsome guardians and set them over the tombs of their fallen legions, to keep watch after even the memory of the dead's deeds had left the world. They did not know what they had quarried.
